The latest Terremark datacenter is located in the Dallas Datacenter Park. The Dallas facility is a dedicated 12,500 sq. ft. pod within a 106,000 sq. ft. technology park campus, with the option of expanding into additional pods. The facility’s unique design allows additional Terremark pods to be added and turned up rapidly as needs grow. The Dallas datacenter is outside the 100 year flood zone and is in the process of pursuing LEED gold certification.
Power & Environmentals
Terremark’s Dallas facility maintains a power substation onsite capable of delivering up to 100 MW of power to the datacenter campus. 2,500 KVA of utility power is provided from two different substations. The facility leverages a Tier III static UPS power design and 2N configuration. The facility is designed to run at a PUE of 1.5 and 1.6, utilizing hot aisle/cold aisle, air side economizers, VFDs, and modularity. Two 2.0 MW generators supply dedicated back-up power for the facility. SLAs guarantee continuous and uninterrupted power and environmentals for all our customers.
Carrier-Neutral Connectivity
As a secure, reliable carrier-neutral facility, the Dallas datacenter has access to a range of major carriers in the area. With diverse underground fiber entrances, the facility has access to eight different fiber providers and a dedicated connection to Infomart Dallas for IP services, with access to 40+ additional carriers. Our Infomart POP interconnects the facility to the NAP of the Americas in Miami, Florida, providing freedom of
connectivity to more than 160 carriers and 15 domestic backbone networks.

Our Managed Routing Service provides customers with optimal access to the Internet, without purchasing or managing their own Internet router. Its a cost-effective solution that requires no overhead or CAPEX. Terremark technicians can perform simple troubleshooting or maintenance tasks for customers, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
